The ultimate goal of a human being is to live a happy life. Happiness is discussed in so many aspects that it is hard to give it one definition. One question that most people ask is “how do I achieve a happy life?” Here are 10 simple ways on how to do that.

This is such a cliche and rightfully so. Contentment is a trait that happy people have. Don’t take more than you need. At the same time, don’t feel down whenever there is something you can’t get. You are still alive and breathing, that is the most important thing.

You choose to be happy. Thus, you have to move to be happy. If there is something you want, ask for it otherwise you won’t get it. If there is something you need to say, just say it, otherwise no one will hear you out. For instance, if you are unhappy about being overweight, then start exercising.
