Recently, marathons and fun runs had been everywhere. May it be a morning, an evening, or any run; these had preoccupied and motivated people across the globe to get into their running shoes. However, lining up for hours, rushing to the office for the daily time in, or running around the malls for last minute sales – all these seems like joining a marathon. Same aches and pains can be experienced. Nevertheless, you can manage this and still enjoy the daily runs in your life with these ways to cope up with everyday marathons:

Sometimes you cannot avoid long travels especially when work is quite far from your residence or just because of traffic.
